When I immigrated to Canada in 2018, I didn’t come empty-handed—I brought with me years of experience as a filmmaker, a director’s perspective, and a deep passion for visual storytelling. Before moving to Canada, I worked as an independent filmmaker, creating short films and documentaries entirely self-funded. Many of these works were screened at international film festivals and went on to win awards in both documentary and short film categories. For me, filmmaking was never just about images—it was about honesty, emotion, and capturing something real. That creative mindset didn’t fade when I arrived in a new country—it evolved. In a new land with unfamiliar geography, I made a decision: to invest in what I knew best. I began producing promotional videos for local businesses, but it wasn’t long before I discovered the emotional and creative potential of real estate media. Homes, to me, are more than structures—they’re spaces filled with stories, atmosphere, and energy. That’s how Point Of View Ideal was born.

In cinematic language, Point of View (P.O.V.) refers to the perspective through which a scene is shown—the visual lens of a character. I chose this name for a reason: because everything we create at Point Of View Ideal is not just a photo or a video—it’s a unique perspective. It’s a carefully directed visual experience with a story behind it. Over the past six years, I’ve photographed nearly 5,000 homes across the Greater Toronto Area. From cozy condos to luxury estates, each property has its own story—and I approach each one with fresh eyes. That’s why our work goes beyond photography—we help real estate professionals craft narratives that make their listings stand out and emotionally connect with buyers.
